Keevin Cutting (#2) is Central Scouting's 87th  ranked skater in North America. He's a decent, but not spectacular skater who engages physically; particularly in the neutral-zone. The 6'1", 180 lbs left-handed d-man has a decent stick, but prefers to play the body, and rely on puck support in order to win puck-battles down-low in the defensive-zone. Cutting improved his ranking from 122nd mid-term, to his present ranking over the final few months of the season. He saw no powerplay time during the games scouted, while seeing a very limited amount of PK time. He averaged a low grade of 59 through the 3 games, with a high-end grade of 68 during the OHL final game on May 5th, and a low-end grade of 53 during the OHL final game on May 8th.

Neutral-zone Risk/Reward
