The below charts are visual representations of each Montreal Canadiens player's ratio of successful plays to unsuccessful plays within each zone. Unlike risk/reward, ratio does not take into account ice-time. A player who makes 5 successful plays for every 1 mistake will have a ratio of 5.00.
Events included in these calculations (depending on the zone) include:
- Puck-battles (won/lost)
- Loose-puck recoveries (successful/unsuccessful)
- Passes (successful/unsuccessful)
- Dekes (successful/unsuccessful)
- Shots on net (blocked/missed/on net)
- Dump-ins (successful/unsuccessful)
- Blocked passes (successful/unsuccessful)
- Blocked shots (successful/unsuccessful)
- Missed passes
