2012 NHL DRAFT: One-game Scouting Report for Ryan Culkin

Ryan Culkin is a 6'1", 185 lbs defensemen currently playing for the Quebec Remparts of the QMJHL. Culkin is in his second season with the club, and was the 89th-ranked North American skater on Central Scouting's 2012 mid-term rankings. During the game scouted, the left-handed defenseman skated well, showed good offensive-instincts on the powerplay, but had some difficulty finding his way in the o-zone at even-strength. This one-game scouting report is from a 4-1 loss to the St. John Sea Dogs on February 17th, 2012.
