This one-game scouting report is from a preliminary round game at the 2012 Memorial Cup. Bournival's Shawinigan Cataractes defeated the London Knights by a score of 6-2. Bournival scored one goal, and added one assist.

Bournival is about to embark on his first season of pro hockey.  He had an impressive training camp last season; despite suffering through an injury. In fact, his even-strength risk/reward rating of  1.71 during the 2011-12 NHL preseason was fourth-best among all forwards in camp.
